The Shop

Our shop facilities have been designed to store and display our fish in optimum conditions, maintaining hygiene and quality in a purpose built clean environment. Our huge, state of the art display counter keeps your fish on ice throughout the day, while we have additional storage for other frozen and chilled seafood products throughout the shop.

We have the facilities to prepare your fish just the way you want;

Filleting, trimming, skinning, removing bones and portioning are just some of the preparation we can do to your fish; We can even butterfly or canoe some of the varieties of fish on offer – please ask and we are always happy to advise on available preparation and much more!
