We select the best fish daily, choosing the seasons best for you, our wild fish range can include Brill, Halibut, Turbot, John Dory, Plaice, Cod, Haddock and Lemon Sole and of course the sustainably farmed Sea Bass and Salmon, plus a selection of most popular traditionally smoked fish.
